CEO Bob Lenthart has been writing action and adventure novels for over 30 years, under the pseudonym of Derek Hart. During those years, Lenthart turned out 17 novels, with 12 more ready to be published. Still, Lenthart’s true passion will always be focused on creating entertaining and historically based adventure products, ranging from graphic novels and comic books, to action figures, video games, and movie scripts.
Aware that the entertainment industry had overlooked many of the unsung and undiscovered talented graphic artists, writers, voiceover performers, composers, and scores of other creative people, Lenthart decided to position his extensive library to attract the best in the business. While there is no doubt that many of the artists who have joined our ranks are well known, the company’s true strength lies in the lineup of incredibly gifted artists gathered under our umbrella, who are yet unknown, but soon will be.
Before founding Derek Hart Enterprises, Inc., Lenthart was making his mark as a vibrant and entertaining corporate trainer, with a loyal following. As a firm believer in Dr. Deming’s Profound Knowledge and leading by example, CEO Lenthart is committed to open communication, extensive training, and consistent rewards for quality performance.
